- Queenstown Gateway
Naylor love Central engaged Constructive to prepare cost planning budgets for this prestigious development previously known as "Five Mile". The project has a budget in excess of $50m. The budgets prepared by Constructive were then used to form a GMP with the Developer Redwood Group. A mixture of a Countdown Supermarket, Bulk Retail, Offices and a Hotel.
- Kawarau Falls
The Directors were involved in The Kawarau Falls project with a budget of over $300m involving a mix of hotels, apartments and conference facilities. The Directors worked on; Lakeside West (Apartments) $20m, Reserve South and Central (Apartments) $20m and Escarpment (Intercontinental) Hotel $120m.
- Puzzling World
Constructive were engaged by Puzzling World to provide cost planning and value engineering services for their new 500m2 illusion hall. A challenging project incorporating ESD initiatives. Designed by Sarah Scott Architects, the project was tendered and completed under budget.
- Wanaka Catholic Church
Constructive were engaged by the Catholic Diocesan of Wanaka to prepare cost planning and value engineering for the construction of a new landmark design church in Wanaka. This unique building presented many architectual and structural challenges driving the design team to provide many value engineering solutions. Designed by Sarah Scott Architects of Wanaka.
- Konica Minolta Building
Constructive were engaged by engineers McDougall Batchelar of Wanaka to provide cost planning and GMP negotiation services on the retrofit of this earthquake ravaged buiding in Christchurch. A challenging project involving screw piling with limited head height, jacking of the building, removal of subgrade and new foundations. A GMP was successfully negotiated with a Christchurch contractor, meeting the cost planning budget.
- Southland Hospital Mammography Clinic
Constructive were engaged by the Southern District Health Board to provide cost planning services for possible refurbishment of existing mammorgraphy facility or a complete new facility. After extensive cost planning it was elected to go with a new purpose built facility intergrated with the existing Southland Hostpital. The finished building was tendered and completed under budget.
- Regional Oral Health Project
Constructive were engaged by the Southern District Health Board to provide cost planning services in the provision of dental health services throughout the Southern and Otago regions. The project stage 1 involved 9 No. fixed dental clinics with range of 1 - 4 chairs and 3 mobile dental clinics. Stage 1 was tendered under budget.
